First Time Booking

Step 1: Check the room availability on our website. Open the home page and go to “All Room Details.”

Step 2: Check all available options. Click the “Book Now” button to start booking (Rooms with available beds will show the option “Book Now”.)

Step 3: The booking page will open after clicking the "Book Now" button.

Step 4: Enter the following details on the page: Available beds, booking duration, and booking start date. Other details such as booking end date, rent amount, etc., will be auto-picked.

Step 5: Come to the section “Tenant Details”. Enter all your personal details correctly. Enter the passport number and nationality details correctly. Upload documents using the attachment button (Oliasi Accommodation requires three documents from tenants: photos of passport: front and back, a copy of the offer letter issued by the institute, and a copy of Visa if available, if not, submit it later.)

Step 6: After correctly entering all information, check the terms and conditions box.

Step 7: Click on the “Pay Now” button.

Step 8: A new payment gateway window will open.

Step 9: Complete the payment. You will receive the booking confirmation over email and registered phone after we receive the payment confirmation.

Step 10: Booking done.

How to Renew the Room Booking

Step 1: Go to the home page. Click on the “Renew Now” button.

Step 2: Enter the passport number. The booking renewal page will open. Enter the booking start date and duration. The system will auto-fill details such as booking end date, rent amount, etc., and generate the invoice.

Step 3: Click on the Pay Now button to complete the transaction.

Step 4: Renewal done.
